Susan moved to Green Valley in late 2000 from the NYC/NJ area where she worked for 20 years primarily as a consultant to Fortune 100 companies developing strategies for worldwide operations and expense management, writing proposals resulting in multi-million dollar contracts, and negotiating with vendors. Her skills and training were easily transferable to her second career in real estate after earning her license in 2001. She brought with her an intense passion for excellence, a life-long interest in education, and leadership experience. She has represented hundreds of GV and Sahuarita residents over the years in the pursuit of a second home, a permanent move for retirement, and handled the search, oversaw the inspections, negotiations, contract laws, local HOA regulations, fees, and recommended local services as they settled into their new surroundings. She has been an active member of the community serving on the Board of CPAC, the GV Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce, the GV Sahuarita Association of Realtors as a Board Director and President, the President of the Women's Council of Realtors for 2 terms, and the Board of the MLS of Southern AZ. Her knowledge of real estate contracts and law, local HOAs, neighborhoods, builders, service providers, and negotiating skills are second to none.
