Martha is a Membership Chair and President-Elect of the Valle Verde Rotary,  former member of Antioch Rotary, Kiwanis member & Lt Governor for CalNevHa District, GFWC Woman’s Club member and twice President, former Vice-President & Ambassador for the Antioch Chamber of Commerce, former Commissioner of the Antioch Planning Commission, Antioch City Councilmember, and member of several Foundations & Boards, including Delta Veterans Group, Dow Community Board, Fontana Youth Foundation.
