Hello! I'm Leslie McCarthy, and I'm thrilled to be a part of the exceptional team at Realty ONE Group Integrity. Originally from Michigan, I have a strong foundation in business, having owned and operated my own small business before transitioning into real estate. In September 2023, I earned my license and have been dedicated to helping clients navigate the real estate process with care and professionalism ever since.

I'm proud to call Sahuarita, Arizona my home, where I live with my husband, Shawn McCarthy, a Marine Corps veteran, and our three incredible teenagers. Our family is deeply involved in the community, attending Grace Church of Sahuarita, and I find great joy in helping others, especially those in need.
